How do I book a tour?
Is a deposit required?
Yes. To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required.
It includes:
– a fixed advance to reserve the date and the guide’s services;
– a partial prepayment for transportation (if needed — transport companies require 50%, but we only include part of that in the overall deposit).
So your total prepayment will not exceed 30%.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the tour, the deposit is non-refundable.
How many people can join the tour?
We specialize in private tours and small groups of up to 8 people — to ensure comfort and flexibility.
Larger groups are available upon request.
Can the itinerary be customized?
Absolutely. Every tour can be adapted to your interests, pace, and travel style. Want a picnic stop? A wine tasting? A birthday surprise in the mountains? We’ll make it happen.
What’s included in the tour price?
It depends on the tour. It may include: guiding services, transport (if listed), tastings, entry tickets, and more — everything listed in the tour description.
Upon request, we can add: picnic, events, photographer, child seat, blanket — whatever you wish!
In which languages are tours available?
Anna guides in Russian, English and Spanish. French and Portuguese may also be available. Other languages can be arranged on request.
Who leads the tours?
Anna personally leads tours in Salta Province. In other regions — Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Iguazú, and El Calafate — tours are led by trusted, licensed guides from her network.
All guides are certified, experienced, and fully authorized.
If you’d like Anna to accompany you throughout Argentina — it’s possible!
Her cross-country accompaniment is available at 50% off her standard rate, with full coverage of flights, accommodation, and meals.
What if there’s a force majeure?
In case of force majeure (weather, canceled flights, etc.), the guide’s services and any pre-booked transport must be paid in full. We will assist you in requesting refunds from airlines or service providers when possible.
Why do you take photos of tourists?
Photos are used for social media and quality control — since some tours are conducted by colleagues. It helps us ensure everything goes smoothly and continually improve our service.
Can we pay the remaining balance on the day of the tour?
Yes, the remaining amount can be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the first day of the tour.
